Owner portal

How to invite owners to the GENNO Portal and what they see: animals, reports and invoices, document signing, notices and requests for care.

Invite the owner

Invite the owner to the GENNO Portal from the client record and show them animals, pregnancies, reports and invoices, without exposing the farm's operation.

Understand the Portal

Understand the Owner portal: how to sign in, switch farms and what appears in animals, reproduction, pregnancy, invoices, reports, documents and statements.

Sign a document

Sign in the GENNO Owner portal the contract or form the farm requested, with an advanced electronic signature, a code in the app or your account password.

Notices and visit requests

See the veterinarian's notices in the Owner portal, confirm doses, request a new visit and choose whether you receive reminders by email or WhatsApp.

Choose the portal screens

Choose which Owner portal screens your clients see: the farm default in Settings and per-person customization on the client record.
