New Settings and templates your way
Settings were reorganized, and every visit, anamnesis and document now follows the farm's template, the same in the app and on the web.
On the web
- Settings in categories: My account, Organization, Clinic, Documents and reports, Intelligence, Team and access, and Plan and data, each section with its own address. Profile, Users, Access profiles, Audit and Refer and earn left the main menu and live here now.
- Second factor at sign-in: the code goes into six boxes (you can paste the whole code), with the option to use a recovery code.
- Visit templates: choose the visit types, button order, sections, physical exam fields, required fields and default tests and next steps. The visit is built from the type's template.
- Anamnesis templates: questions with conditions and options, with a preview alongside.
- Document templates: contracts, terms, certificates and prescriptions with the fields filled in, a rich text editor and the PDF look (color, logo, paper and header).
- Ready prescriptions and quick texts: medications with a fixed or per-kg dose, and "/" shortcuts in the long fields of the visit and the anamnesis.
- Messages to owners: the text of each notice by language, with a WhatsApp preview and your signature.
