Test requests, follow-up after the visit and exporting your data
The visit now carries on until the test results and the follow-up, and the account got control over terms, data and plan.
On the web
- Test requests: request tests in the visit or in the animal record, by panel or by group, with the lab, urgency and who pays. Track collection, shipping and results with the lab report attached, and create the request PDF. The Pending tests page shows overdue and urgent ones first.
- Next steps of the visit: follow-up, medication, reminders with a person in charge and waiting for test results, with the owner notices and the status of each one.
- Schedule and Owner Portal: "Only mine" filter, call and WhatsApp the owner, "Record follow-up" and the visit requests that come through the Portal.
- Freeze brand in the identification drawing: its own tool in the drawing, with the generated text and the caption in the PDF.
- Terms and privacy: anyone who hasn't accepted the current version of the Terms or the Policy sees a summary of what changed before continuing.
- Export my data: a ZIP with the organization's spreadsheets, JSON and files, available for 7 days, in Settings.
- Plan and limits: plan, price, due date and the use of each limit (properties, animals, documents this month and users).
- Refer and earn: personal link, QR code, referrals and credit balance.
- Custom: request custom panels and reports, talk to the team and approve the quote.
- The GENNO horse: the daily summary, the tip of the day and context tips in Reproduction and Intelligence.

- Prices in the country's currency (real, euro and dollar) and the daily price of each plan.
