How to choose the Owner portal screens

The farm chooses what clients see in the Owner portal. For example, you can hide Finance from someone who settles payments outside GENNO, or show only My animals and Documents.
The farm default
- Go to Settings › Owner portal.
- Turn each screen on or off. They are shown in the same groups as the client's menu: Notices, My animals, Reproduction, Finance and Documents.
- Check the Preview of the client's menu and click Save.
Home is always shown. When a screen is turned off, its summaries also leave the client's Home. Clients see the change the next time they open the portal.
Customize for one person
- Open the client record and go to the Owner portal card.
- Next to the person with access, click Screens.
- Choose Customize for this person, turn screens on or off and click Save.
To go back to the default, choose Follow the farm's default. People with customized screens show a dot next to Screens.
Good to know
- Screens are changed by people who can edit clients: the administrator and the veterinarian. Others only see the settings.
- A screen that is turned off leaves the menu and does not open from its direct address either.
- Reproduction and finance screens only appear if the farm's plan includes those areas, even when turned on here.
- Email notices stay as they are, even with the Notices screen turned off.
